Requirements to be an educator includes:
- being over 17 years of age and being able to provide a safe, nurturing and educational environment
- living at a different address from the children you will take care of
- undergoing a police vet check
- Educator’s home must comply with the Licensing Criteria for ECE home-based service.
As an educator, you will work from your own home to provide care for up to 4 children, with only 2 children being under 2 years old. You will have access to our extensive toy library and regular outings supplement the programme you will set out for the children under your care.
